Old-Fashioned Holiday Casserole

- 1/3 cup (40 g) Breadcrumbs

- 2 tbsp Ketchup or tomato paste
- 2 tbsp Sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp Whole-grain mustard
- 1 Bunch fresh parsley
- 1 Small bunch cilantro
- 1 tsp Provençal herbs
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 6 tsp Salt
- 5 tsp Black pepper
- Olive oil
- Vegetable oil

Preheat the oven to a suitable temperature.

Prepare and season the ground beef according to your preference.

Slice the potatoes and arrange them in a baking dish.

Layer the seasoned ground beef on top of the potatoes.
