- 120 g oat flakes
- 150 ml warm milk
- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp cocoa (45 g)
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 40 g peanuts
- 20 g pumpkin seeds
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix oat flakes, cocoa, baking powder, peanuts, and pumpkin seeds.
- Add warm milk, eggs, and mashed bananas to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
- Remove from the oven and set aside to cool slightly before serving.
