- butter
- 150g cooked ham or gammon
- salt
- pepper
- 150ml white wine
- 200g orzo pasta
- 1 stock cube
- 50g Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp creme fraiche
- 100g frozen peas, defrosted
- 1 lemon, juice only
- handful watercress

Sweat shallot and garlic in oil and butter.
