- 4 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 4 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds

- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 avocado
- a little lightly salted red fish
- parsley
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
- a little lemon
- black pepper
- 1 tablespoon soft cheese
- a little orange
- a little grapefruit
- a little cloves
- black tea

Mix flaxseed, chia seeds, water, salt, paprika, turmeric, oregano, and olive oil.
