Ingredients
- 1.2 Kg Desiree Potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 Brown Onion, thinly sliced
- 3 Garlic Cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp Wholegrain Mustard
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 600ml Heavy Cream
- 1 Cup Tasty Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Method
- Slice the Desiree potatoes thinly and peel them.
- Thinly slice the brown onion and garlic cloves.
- Mix the sliced potatoes, onion, garlic, wholegrain mustard, and Dijon mustard in a baking dish.
- Pour heavy cream over the layered ingredients.
- Sprinkle tasty cheese and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake until the potatoes are tender and the cheese crust is golden.
