  • 1.2 Kg Desiree Potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 Brown Onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp Wholegrain Mustard
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 600ml Heavy Cream
  • 1 Cup Tasty Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Method

  1. 1

    Slice the Desiree potatoes thinly and peel them.

    Thinly slice the brown onion and garlic cloves.

  3. 3

    Mix the sliced potatoes, onion, garlic, wholegrain mustard, and Dijon mustard in a baking dish.

    Pour heavy cream over the layered ingredients.

    Sprinkle tasty cheese and grated Parmesan cheese on top.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Bake until the potatoes are tender and the cheese crust is golden.
