Method
- Chop tomatoes and onion.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
- Fry minced meat until cooked.
- Add fried minced meat to beaten eggs.
- Add parsley, Italian herbs, red pepper, dried garlic, and salt to mixture.
- Layer tortilla, mozzarella, and meat mixture alternately.
- Bake in oven at 200°C/400°F for 15 minutes.
