- mozzarella
Method

Chop tomatoes and onion.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan.

Fry minced meat until cooked.

Add fried minced meat to beaten eggs.

Add parsley, Italian herbs, red pepper, dried garlic, and salt to mixture.

Layer tortilla, mozzarella, and meat mixture alternately.
