Paris Piper potatoes, onions, three quarters of a pot of cream, anchovies, garlic.
Ingredients
- 1 kg Paris Piper potatoes
- onions
- salt
- pepper
- three quarters of a pot of cream
- 2-3 anchovies
- garlic
- quarter of a nutmeg
- parmesan
Method
- Use a food processor to slice the potatoes and onions.
- Place the sliced potatoes and onions in a tray.
- Put a kettle of water on to boil.
- Add a pinch of salt and pepper to the tray.
- Pour three quarters of a pot of cream over the potatoes and onions.
- Add 2-3 anchovies, breaking them up with your hand.
- Squash in a garlic clove without peeling.
- Add a quarter of a nutmeg.
- Sprinkle with parmesan.
- Cover the tray with tinfoil and turn the heat down.
- Cook for about 6 minutes on the hob.
- Remove the tinfoil, add extra parmesan on top.
- Transfer the tray to the oven to gratinate until golden and bubbly.
