Method
- Apply a layer of chocolate buttercream on top of the cupcake.
- Cut out a circle of brown fondant slightly larger than the cupcake and place it on top.
- Use a round plunger cutter to cut small circles from brown fondant for the nose.
- Shape the nose by pushing the fondant up slightly at the bottom.
- Create eye holes with the bottom end of a paintbrush.
- Shape small ears from brown fondant into teardrop shapes, indent the centers, and attach to the cupcake.
- Create antlers from white fondant, shaping into elongated teardrops, indent the centers, and attach above the ears.
- Make eyes from black fondant, rolling into small balls and placing into the eye holes.
- Add tiny white fondant dots to the eyes for whites, attaching with a small amount of water.
