- 400 g salmon fillet
- Hot water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fish seasoning
- 20 g butter
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- 75 g spinach
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 150 g sour cream
- 30 g Parmesan
- Dill
- 400 g puff pastry
- Brush with egg
- 100 g cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 400 ml milk
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 50 g Parmesan
- A bunch of dill
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic, onion, and spinach until softened.
- Season the salmon fillet with salt, pepper, and fish seasoning.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, Parmesan, dill, breadcrumbs, and cornstarch.
- Combine the sautéed mixture with the sour cream mixture.
- Place the salmon fillet on the puff pastry.
- Spread the mixture over the salmon.
- Cover with puff pastry and brush with egg.
- Bake in the oven for 25–30 minutes.
