- 3 pieces egg whites
- 1 pinch salt
- 10 g vanilla sugar
- 160 g sugar
- 40 g dark chocolate (melted)
- 70 g hazelnuts
- 10 g cornstarch
Method
- Preheat the oven to 100 °C.
- Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
- Gradually add the sugar while continuing to whip.
- Melt the dark chocolate and let it cool slightly.
- Gently fold in the melted chocolate and hazelnuts.
- Spoon the mixture onto baking paper.
- Sprinkle some pieces with additional hazelnuts.
- Bake for about 1.5 hours.
