- 10 g vanilla sugar
- 160 g sugar
- 40 g dark chocolate (melted)
- 70 g hazelnuts
- 10 g cornstarch

Preheat the oven to 100 °C.

Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.

Gradually add the sugar while continuing to whip.

Melt the dark chocolate and let it cool slightly.

Gently fold in the melted chocolate and hazelnuts.

Spoon the mixture onto baking paper.

Sprinkle some pieces with additional hazelnuts.

Bake for about 1.5 hours.
