- 500-550 g wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 piece egg
- 1 piece egg yolk
- 13 g fresh yeast
- 125 ml warm water
- 125 ml warm milk
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 5-6 g salt
- 50 g butter
- 250 g mascarpone
- 50-70 g sugar
- 1 piece egg
- 1-2 tablespoons starch
- 10 g vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour (for decoration)
- 3 tablespoons milk (for decoration)
- 1.5 teaspoons condensed milk (for decoration)
Method
- Dissolve the fresh yeast in warm water and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and egg.
- Add the yeast mixture, warm milk, and vegetable oil, and mix well.
- Knead the dough until smooth, place in a greased bowl, and let rise covered for 50-60 minutes.
- Divide the risen dough into 12 pieces and form small balls.
- For the filling, mix mascarpone, sugar, egg, vanilla sugar, and starch, and fill into a piping bag.
- Roll out the pieces of dough and fill with the filling, then place in a greased baking dish.
- Brush the buns with an egg mixture and decorate with condensed milk cream.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 25-30 minutes.
