Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 120 ml Water
- 60 g Butter
- 10 g Sugar
- Pinch of Salt
- 90 g Flour
- 200 g Soft Butter
- 100 g Condensed Milk
- 100 g White Chocolate
Method
- Bring water, butter, sugar, and salt to a boil over medium heat.
- Stir in flour and cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes until a crust forms.
- Transfer dough to a bowl and let cool.
- Gradually stir eggs into the dough.
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Shape swan necks and bake for 10 minutes.
- Shape swan bodies with piping tip and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Beat soft butter until fluffy.
- Stir in condensed milk and chill cream for 2 hours.
- Melt white chocolate.
- Shape wings with spoon and palette knife and chill for 30 minutes.
- Assemble the cake and let cool before serving.
