- 30 g mozzarella cheese
- Salt
- Black pepper

- Bread slices
Method
- Break eggs into a bowl.
- Add salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Mix well.
- Add parsley, spring onions, and mozzarella cheese.
- Mix again.
- Dip bread slices into the egg mixture.
- Heat a pan on medium heat.
- Fry the bread for 2-3 minutes on one side.
- Turn over and fry for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
