  • 15g sugar
  • 7g cornstarch
  • 1 egg
  • 30g egg whites
  • 60g powdered sugar

Method

    Preheat oven and prepare tart crust by mixing butter, sugar, lemon zest, salt, vanilla sugar, egg yolks, flour, and baking powder.

    Press crust mixture into tart pan and bake until golden.

    Make lemon curd by combining lemon juice, sugar, cornstarch, and egg; cook until thickened and let cool completely.

    Whip egg whites with powdered sugar to make meringue until glossy and stiff peaks form.
