Ingredients
- 300g spaghetti
- 1/3 cup high quality olive oil
- 6 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/4 bunch flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tsp dried chili flakes
- Seasoning to taste
Method
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the sliced garlic to the oil and cook until fragrant and lightly golden.
- Drain the cooked spaghetti and add it to the pan with the garlic and oil.
- Add the chopped parsley and chili flakes, then toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, optionally topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
