  • 300g spaghetti
  • 1/3 cup high quality olive oil
  • 6 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 bunch flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp dried chili flakes
  • Seasoning to taste

Method

    Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

    Add the sliced garlic to the oil and cook until fragrant and lightly golden.

    Drain the cooked spaghetti and add it to the pan with the garlic and oil.

    Add the chopped parsley and chili flakes, then toss to combine.
