- 50 g walnuts
- 40 g peanuts
- 30 g sunflower seeds
- 20 g sesame
- 40 g dried cranberries
- cinnamon to taste
- salt to taste
- 60 g nut mix
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2-3 tbsp honey
- sugar-free dark chocolate
- 60 g dried apricots
- 60 g roasted oats
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
- 120 g sugar-free chocolate
- sugar-free white chocolate for decorating
Method
- Mix the walnuts, peanuts, sunflower seeds, sesame, cranberries, cinnamon, and salt.
- Prepare the granola cookies by mixing the nut mix, pumpkin seeds, honey, crumbled dark chocolate, and optionally coarse salt.
- Form small cookies or bars from the nut mix.
- For the chocolate hemispheres, melt the sugar-free chocolate.
- Mix the melted chocolate with dried apricots, pumpkin seeds, oats, and maple syrup.
- Form hemispheres or other shapes with the chocolate mixture and decorate them with white chocolate.
- Let all cookies and chocolate shapes set.
