  • 60 g nut mix

  • 2-3 tbsp honey
  • sugar-free dark chocolate
  • 60 g dried apricots
  • 60 g roasted oats
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 120 g sugar-free chocolate
  • sugar-free white chocolate for decorating

Method

    Mix the walnuts, peanuts, sunflower seeds, sesame, cranberries, cinnamon, and salt.

    Prepare the granola cookies by mixing the nut mix, pumpkin seeds, honey, crumbled dark chocolate, and optionally coarse salt.

    Form small cookies or bars from the nut mix.

    For the chocolate hemispheres, melt the sugar-free chocolate.

    Mix the melted chocolate with dried apricots, pumpkin seeds, oats, and maple syrup.

    Form hemispheres or other shapes with the chocolate mixture and decorate them with white chocolate.
