Rigatoni, Chicken Breast, cut into bite size pieces, Cajun Seasoning, Garlic and Herb Seasoning, Garlic, minced.
Ingredients
- 8oz Rigatoni
- 1lb Chicken Breast, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Garlic and Herb Seasoning
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan
- Fresh Parsley
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Method
- Prep the chicken by cutting into bite size pieces.
- Season chicken with Cajun and Garlic Herb seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until done.
- Add minced garlic and cook briefly.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer to make cream sauce.
- Cook rigatoni pasta until al dente.
- Combine pasta with cream sauce and chicken.
- Add freshly grated Parmesan and stir well.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
