- zest and juice of 1 lime
- handful toasted peanuts
- 1 pineapple, peeled and chopped
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 pear, diced
- 1/2 cucumber, deseeded and chopped
- 1 mango, sliced
Method

Rub and finely chop the chili, removing half the seeds.

Mix tamarind paste, palm sugar, lime zest, and lime juice to make dressing.

Dry roast peanuts with a pinch of salt until dark brown.

Crush the roasted peanuts using a cloth and rolling pin.

Peel and chop pineapple into chunks.
