- 100g gelatin
- 200ml fruit juice
- 50g sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Method
- Soften gelatin in cold water.
- Heat fruit juice and sugar until dissolved.
- Add gelatin and lemon juice, mix well.
- Pour into molds and refrigerate until set.
