Ingredients

  • ½ head cabbage
  • 3 pcs potatoes
  • 4 pcs mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g cheese
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Italian herbs
  • paprika
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • dill
  • parsley
  • olive oil to taste

Method

  1. 1

    Boil the cabbage for 10 minutes.

    Sauté the onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, garlic, and spices in olive oil.

    Mix the boiled cabbage, potatoes, and sautéed vegetables.

    Whisk together eggs, milk, flour, baking powder, and seasonings.

    Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables in a baking dish.

    Bake for 30–35 minutes at 180°C (350°F).

    Add sliced tomatoes and grated cheese on top.

    Bake for another 10 minutes until golden and fragrant.
