- 3 pcs potatoes
- 4 pcs mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g cheese
- 2 tomatoes
- Italian herbs
- paprika
- salt
- black pepper
- dill
- parsley
- olive oil to taste
Method
- Boil the cabbage for 10 minutes.
- Sauté the onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, garlic, and spices in olive oil.
- Mix the boiled cabbage, potatoes, and sautéed vegetables.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, flour, baking powder, and seasonings.
- Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables in a baking dish.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
- Add sliced tomatoes and grated cheese on top.
- Bake for another 10 minutes until golden and fragrant.
- Serve warm with fresh herbs or a light yogurt sauce.
