Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • a pinch of salt
  • 100 g sugar
  • 150 ml milk
  • 50 ml vegetable oil
  • 170 g flour
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 250 g cream cheese (or mascarpone)
  • 150 g condensed milk
  • 250 g white chocolate ((160 g for the red glaze + 90 g for the edge))
  • 15 ml vegetable oil
  • Red food coloring ((fat-soluble))
  • 30 g desiccated coconut

Method

  1. Mix eggs, salt, sugar, milk, vegetable oil, flour, and baking powder.
  2. Bake for 15 minutes at 170°C.
  3. Stir cream cheese and condensed milk into a cream.
  4. Add biscuit crumbs and mix well.
  5. Freeze the mixture.
  6. Melt white chocolate in hot water and mix with vegetable oil and food coloring.
  7. Dip cake pops in the glaze and decorate with desiccated coconut.
