Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- a pinch of salt
- 100 g sugar
- 150 ml milk
- 50 ml vegetable oil
- 170 g flour
- 10 g baking powder
- 250 g cream cheese (or mascarpone)
- 150 g condensed milk
- 250 g white chocolate ((160 g for the red glaze + 90 g for the edge))
- 15 ml vegetable oil
- Red food coloring ((fat-soluble))
- 30 g desiccated coconut
Method
- Mix eggs, salt, sugar, milk, vegetable oil, flour, and baking powder.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 170°C.
- Stir cream cheese and condensed milk into a cream.
- Add biscuit crumbs and mix well.
- Freeze the mixture.
- Melt white chocolate in hot water and mix with vegetable oil and food coloring.
- Dip cake pops in the glaze and decorate with desiccated coconut.
