Lemon Muffins

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• a pinch of salt
• 100 g sugar
• 60 g yogurt
• 1 lemon
• 60 g butter
• 170 g flour
• 5 g baking powder
• 1 egg
• 60 g sugar
• 30 g cornstarch
• 240 ml milk

Method

1. Prepare the batter by mixing eggs, salt, sugar, yogurt, lemon zest, butter, flour, and baking powder.
2. Fill the batter into muffin cups and bake at an appropriate temperature until golden brown.
3. For the milk cream, whisk together the egg, sugar, cornstarch, and milk in a pot.
4. Cook the mixture while stirring constantly until it thickens.
5. Let the cream cool down and fill it into the muffins or serve alongside.
