- 100 g almonds
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 8 g vanilla sugar
- 100 g vegetable oil
- 50 g cornstarch
- 300–330 g flour
- 10 g baking powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 tbsp cocoa
Method
- Toast and chop the almonds.
- Mix eggs, salt, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar.
- Add vegetable oil and cornstarch and stir.
- Gradually add flour and baking powder and knead into a sticky dough.
- Divide the dough into two equal parts.
- Add almonds and turmeric to one part and mix.
- Add cocoa to the second part and mix.
- Divide the doughs into small portions and shape into balls.
- Flatten the chocolate ball, place the nut dough ball in the center, and assemble.
- Place cookies on a baking tray and make incisions.
- Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
