  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • 10g agar-agar (ougyōchi)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Method

    Soak the raw almonds overnight.

    Drain the almonds, rinse, and blend with dates and water.

    Strain the liquid using a mesh bag.

    Add matcha and agar-agar to the almond milk and blend.

    Massage the seeds and knead until the mixture becomes thick.

    Let sit for 30 minutes.
