Making Balloon-Like Garlic Flatbread with 3-Minute Dough

Ingredients
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 3g salt (1 tsp)
- 3g sugar (1 tsp)
- 10g melted unsalted butter (1 tbsp)
- 18g minced garlic (1 tbsp)
- 25g minced green onion (2.5 tbsp)
- 380ml water
Method

Put all-purpose flour, salt, and sugar in a bowl and mix.

Add melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, and minced green onion and mix well.

Pour in water and stir to form dough, completing the dough in 3 minutes.

Preheat the pan over medium heat.

Place the dough in the pan over medium-low heat and start cooking.

When small air pockets start to form, increase the heat to medium and cook on the highest heat without burning.

A chewy outside and moist inside flatbread is completed.
