Method

9 steps
  1. For recipe 1, mix butter, powdered sugar, eggs, baking powder, salt, and flour gradually to form soft dough.
  2. Divide dough into two parts, add cocoa to one part, form balls, join and twist dough, bake at 180°C for 15-17 minutes.
  3. For recipe 2, combine butter, vegetable oil, egg, salt, vanilla, powdered sugar, corn starch, and flour to make soft dough.
  4. Divide dough, add cocoa to one part, chill 30 minutes, roll out, cut circles, layer light and dark circles, freeze 1 hour, slice and bake at 180°C for 15-16 minutes.
  5. For recipe 3, heat milk with sugar, add butter gradually, mix with egg, baking powder, vanilla, salt, and flour to form dough.
  6. Chill 20-30 minutes, roll to 0.8-1 cm thickness, cut circles, bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Prepare glaze mixing egg yolk, cocoa, and milk, brush on cookies.
  8. For recipe 4, heat milk with half sugar, mix corn starch, remaining sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, and egg yolk, cook until thickened.
  9. Cool cream, prepare puff pastry by cutting circles, bake, then glaze with powdered sugar mixed with milk and decorate with chocolate.
