  • 4 oz tilapia fillets
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon seafood seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 lemon, sliced into 1/4 inch slices
  • 16 oz frozen mixed vegetables
  • salt and pepper

Method

11 steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Slice a lemon into thin 1/4 inch slices.
  3. Grease a 9 by 13 inch baking dish.
  4. Place four 4 oz tilapia fillets in the bottom of the dish.
  5. Dot the fish with 2 teaspoons of butter.
  6. Season the fillets with about 1/4 teaspoon of seafood seasoning and about 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt.
  7. Top each fillet with a slice or two of lemon.
  8. Arrange 16 oz of frozen mixed vegetables around the fish.
  9. Lightly season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
  10. Cover the dish with foil.
  11. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
