7 ingredients- 4 oz tilapia fillets
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1/4 teaspoon seafood seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 lemon, sliced into 1/4 inch slices
- 16 oz frozen mixed vegetables
- salt and pepper
Method
11 steps- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Slice a lemon into thin 1/4 inch slices.
- Grease a 9 by 13 inch baking dish.
- Place four 4 oz tilapia fillets in the bottom of the dish.
- Dot the fish with 2 teaspoons of butter.
- Season the fillets with about 1/4 teaspoon of seafood seasoning and about 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt.
- Top each fillet with a slice or two of lemon.
- Arrange 16 oz of frozen mixed vegetables around the fish.
- Lightly season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
- Cover the dish with foil.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
