- Olive oil, as needed
- Cajun seasoning, to taste
- Old Bay seasoning, to taste
- Kinder’s caramelized onion butter seasoning, to taste

- 3 tablespoons water

Method
11 steps- Preheat the oven to 400°F or 200°C.
- Wash the cabbage, remove damaged outer leaves and pat it dry.
- Slice a cap from the top and carefully remove the hard core without cutting through the base.
- Rub the cabbage all over with olive oil.
- Season with Cajun seasoning, Old Bay, caramelized onion butter seasoning and paprika.
- Work butter, garlic and herbs into the hollow centre and between some of the leaves.
- Add 3 tablespoons water around the cabbage for steam.
- Wrap or cover the cabbage very tightly with two layers of foil.
- Bake for about 2 hours, until very tender.
- Open the foil carefully because hot steam will escape.
- Pour seafood-style sauce over the cabbage before serving.
