Whole recipe (4 servings): 2200 kcal

  • 2.2 LBS (1 KG) pork
  • potatoes
  • 1 large sweet bell pepper
  • tomatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 7 cloves garlic
  • to taste fresh parsley, green onion & dill
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • to taste mixed peppers (pepper mix)
  • to taste salt
  • for frying vegetable oil
  • 3.5–5 OZ (100–150 ML) water

Method

7 steps
  1. Fry the pork in vegetable oil until browned and set aside.
  2. Fry the potatoes until golden brown, then add them to the meat.
  3. Sauté the onion, garlic, sweet bell pepper, and tomatoes.
  4. Add the sautéed vegetables to the meat and potatoes.
  5. Season with salt, pepper mix, and dried oregano.
  6. Pour in 100-150 ml of water, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
  7. Finally, add fresh parsley, green onion, and dill before serving.
