Original Italian Strawberry Tiramisu

Ingredients
- 200 g Strawberries
- 200 g Sugar
- 1/2 unit Lemon
- 120 ml Water
- 50 g Corn Starch
- 30 ml Water
- 5 g Vanilla Sugar (Optional)
- 250 ml Whipped Cream
- 200 g Mascarpone
- 150 g Sugar Powder
- to taste unit Cookies (Ladyfingers/Savoiardi)
- 50 g Strawberry for decoration
Method

Prepare the strawberries by washing and slicing them.

In a pot, combine sugar, water, corn starch, and lemon juice; cook until thickened.

Remove from heat and let cool.

In a bowl, mix mascarpone and whipped cream until smooth.

Layer the cookies at the bottom of a dish, followed by a layer of the mascarpone mixture and a layer of the strawberries.

Repeat the layers until the dish is filled, finishing with the mascarpone on top.

Chill in the refrigerator for a few minutes before serving.

Garnish with additional strawberries before serving.
