Ingredients
- 1 cup (120g) self rising flour
- 1 cup (220g) non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop (30g) unflavored whey protein powder
- 1 large egg or egg substitute
- everything seasoning to taste
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Add self rising flour, Greek yogurt, and protein powder to a large bowl.
- Mix until crumbly without over mixing.
- Form dough into a ball without overworking.
- Divide dough into 4 equal pieces.
- Flour work surface and roll each piece into a 6 inch line.
- Bend and connect each line into a circle to form bagels.
- Place bagels on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Brush each bagel with egg wash.
- Sprinkle with seasoning as desired.
- Bake for about 20 minutes.
- Cool bagels completely on the baking sheet.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for a few days.
