5 Minute Easy Fried Rice

Cook: 3 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp mirin
  • 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Korean chili pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Optional: shrimp, bacon, kimchi

Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Scramble eggs until cooked and set aside.
  3. Add cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry.
  4. Add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, fish sauce, mirin, chicken bouillon powder, and oyster sauce.
  5. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add scrambled eggs back to the pan and combine.
  7. Drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle chili flakes.
  8. Stir well and serve hot.
