Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas)
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Method
- Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Scramble eggs until cooked and set aside.
- Add chicken and vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked rice and mix well.
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
- Stir-fry everything together for 3-4 minutes.
- Add scrambled eggs back to the pan and mix.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
