Mix the eggs in a bowl.

Add 150 ml of milk to the eggs and mix well.

Take 2 zucchini, slice them, and sprinkle with salt. Leave for 10 minutes.

Chop 1 onion and set aside.

Grate 1 carrot on a coarse grater.

Heat some olive oil in a skillet and fry the onion and grated carrot for 3-5 minutes.

Finely chop 2 garlic cloves and add to the skillet, cooking for another 2 minutes.
