Black Forest Cherry Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients
- 200 grams of cherries
- 100 grams of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 70 grams of butter
- 2 eggs

- 50 ml of vegetable oil
- 220 grams of milk
- 60 grams of cocoa powder
- 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder
- 250 grams of flour
- 300 grams of heavy cream
- 100 grams of powdered sugar

Place the cherries and sugar in a heavy-bottomed saucepan and put it on the heat.

Stir constantly until the mixture begins to thicken.

Add the cornstarch and let it cook for another minute after thickening.

Transfer the cherry filling to a piping bag and let it cool.

In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, eggs, and sugar until fluffy.

Add the vegetable oil, milk, cocoa powder, baking powder, and flour, and mix well with a mixer.
