- 1 medium tortilla
- 100g ground turkey
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 egg
- 50g egg whites
- 15g cheddar
- 10g soy sauce
- 5g honey
- 5g gochujang
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- salt
- black pepper

Dice the onion.

Mix soy sauce, gochujang, and honey in a glass.

Fry onions with a pinch of salt for 3 minutes.

Add oil and ground turkey, separate meat with spatula.

Let turkey sit for 1 minute, then add cumin, garlic powder, and black pepper.
