Ingredients
- 1 medium tortilla
- 100g ground turkey
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 egg
- 50g egg whites
- 15g cheddar
- 10g soy sauce
- 5g honey
- 5g gochujang
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- salt
- black pepper
- oil
Method
- Dice the onion.
- Mix soy sauce, gochujang, and honey in a glass.
- Fry onions with a pinch of salt for 3 minutes.
- Add oil and ground turkey, separate meat with spatula.
- Let turkey sit for 1 minute, then add cumin, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Cook turkey for 1 more minute.
- Add sauce mixture and combine.
- Add egg and egg whites, stir for 45-60 seconds until cooked.
- Remove pan from heat and transfer meat and eggs to a plate to cool.
- Place mixture into tortilla with cheddar cheese and roll into burrito.
- Toast burrito in pan with oil on all sides until brown.
- Wrap in paper towel and roll up.
- Store burritos in zip lock bag in freezer up to 3 months.
- Microwave for 2-3 minutes before eating.
