Chocolate Date Bark Bites

Ingredients
- Soft Medjool dates
- Pistachio cream
- Crushed peanuts
- Melted dark chocolate (any chocolate will work)
- Flaky sea salt
- Coconut oil
Method

Chop peanuts leaving some chunks for crunch.

Line parchment paper and place dates opened up, removing pits if necessary.

Cover with parchment paper and gently flatten dates with a cup or glass to bring them closer together.

Spread pistachio cream evenly over the dates.

Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.

Melt the chocolate and add coconut oil for a glossy finish.

Pour the melted chocolate over everything and spread evenly.
