12 ingredients- 1 ¼ Cups Rolled Oats (Turned into Oat Flour)
- 4 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 3 Scoops Protein Powder (Chocolate)
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 ½ Teaspoons Baking Powder
- ½ Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Large Whole Egg
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2 Ounces Milk (or Milk Substitute)
- ½ Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 3 Banana (Ripe)
- Chocolate Chips (or Anything Else *Optional)
Method
7 steps- Turn 1 ¼ cups of rolled oats into oat flour by blending or processing until it looks like flour.
- In a mixing bowl, add the oat flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, sweetener, ground cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, egg, vanilla extract, milk, and applesauce.
- Mix everything together using a hand mixer or a fork to mash the bananas.
- Optional: add nuts or sugar-free chocolate chips and lightly mix them in.
- Line a bread pan with parchment paper or coat with non-stick spray, then pour the batter into it.
- Optionally, top the batter with additional ingredients.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
