10 ingredients- 3 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- A pinch of salt
- 120 ml oil
- 200 ml hot milk
- 15 g instant coffee
- 280 g flour
- 15 g baking powder
- Chocolate chips
Method
8 steps- Preheat the oven to 175°C.
- Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
- Add oil and hot milk to the mixture and stir.
- Dissolve instant coffee in the mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Add flour and baking powder, and fold into the batter.
- Pour the batter into a 27 x 18 cm baking dish.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top if desired.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
