Ingredients
- 2 cups full-fat cottage cheese (excess liquid drained)
- 4 whole eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- pinch of salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Pour the batter onto the sheet and spread evenly to about 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and firm.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the baking sheet.
- Add desired toppings and serve.
