Easy Cottage Cheese Flatbread

Cook: 40 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups full-fat cottage cheese (excess liquid drained)
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • pinch of salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  4. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Pour the batter onto the sheet and spread evenly to about 1/2 inch thick.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and firm.
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the baking sheet.
  8. Add desired toppings and serve.
