- 400-500g strawberries
- 10g gelatin
- 70g water
- 70g sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
Method

Whisk eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy.

Mix flour, cornstarch, and baking powder and fold in.

Put the batter into a mold and bake.

Soak the biscuit with milk.

Heat strawberries with sugar and cornstarch and let cool.

Whip cream with vanilla sugar and powdered sugar until stiff.

Fold cream cheese into the cream.

Cream butter with vanilla sugar and powdered sugar until creamy.

Mix cream cheese into the buttercream.

Spread the biscuit with strawberry layer.

Add cream on top of the strawberry layer.

Dissolve gelatin in water and warm with sugar and honey.
