Ingredients
- 170 ml water
- 90 g instant oats
- 50 g butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 pieces eggs
- 50 g mozzarella, finely grated
- 1 piece chicken breast (to taste)
- 1 piece zucchini (to taste)
- 1 piece mushrooms (to taste)
- 1 splash sour cream (to taste)
- 1 pinch chicken spices (to taste)
- 1 pinch dried herbs (to taste)
- 1 amount additional mozzarella (for baking, to taste)
Method
- Heat water, butter, and salt in a pot until the butter has melted.
- Add the instant oats and cook for 5-7 minutes over low heat until the desired consistency is reached.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool.
- Add eggs and grated mozzarella to the oat mixture and mix well.
- Form baskets from the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Sauté chicken breast, zucchini, and mushrooms in a pan and mix with spices and sour cream.
- Fill the baskets with the filling, sprinkle with mozzarella, and bake for another 10 minutes.
