Healthy Oat Baskets with Chicken Filling

Ingredients

  • 170 ml water
  • 90 g instant oats
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 50 g mozzarella, finely grated
  • 1 piece chicken breast (to taste)
  • 1 piece zucchini (to taste)
  • 1 piece mushrooms (to taste)
  • 1 splash sour cream (to taste)
  • 1 pinch chicken spices (to taste)
  • 1 pinch dried herbs (to taste)
  • 1 amount additional mozzarella (for baking, to taste)

Method

  1. Heat water, butter, and salt in a pot until the butter has melted.
  2. Add the instant oats and cook for 5-7 minutes over low heat until the desired consistency is reached.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool.
  4. Add eggs and grated mozzarella to the oat mixture and mix well.
  5. Form baskets from the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  7. Sauté chicken breast, zucchini, and mushrooms in a pan and mix with spices and sour cream.
  8. Fill the baskets with the filling, sprinkle with mozzarella, and bake for another 10 minutes.
