- 1 cup (250 g) cottage cheese

- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch

Line a pie pan with damp parchment paper and spray with vegetable oil.

Mix 3 eggs, yogurt, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, vegetable oil, and lemon zest.

Add flour and baking powder in parts and mix to form dough.

Spread the dough evenly in the prepared pan.

Soak raisins in boiling water for 10 minutes.

Peel and slice the apple.

Melt butter, add sugar and cinnamon, then add soaked raisins and apple slices; spread this mixture on the dough.

Blend cottage cheese, 1 egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, and cornstarch with an immersion blender.
